Scalar(SlotKind)

ListParam(u8)

The function returns its j-th parameter (a list passed through — the caller re-boxes by cloning the argument’s Rc, preserving identity).

ListByHandle

The function returns a list BY VEC HANDLE: a registry-owned fresh allocation (detach and wrap) or one of the caller’s list arguments (match the pin handles, clone that argument). The backend resolves it and emits NativeOutcome::ReturnValue.
